If I've been approved for a warranty replacement, how do I place my order?

If your warranty claim was approved, please check your approval email for your promo code + instructions for ordering your replacement item on sealywarranty.com, or read on to learn more. 

 

You may use your code for any model/ size of the item you were approved for, however you cannot use your code for a different item altogether. For example, a mattress code can be used to purchase any model/size mattress, but it cannot be used to purchase a base, pillow, etc.

 

If you choose an even exchange (i.e. reorder the same model/size of your original item), your warranty coverage terms from your original purchase will carry over/ continue on with your new purchase.

If you choose an upgrade (i.e. order a model/size above your original item), you'll be responsible for covering the difference between the credit amount you were approved for + the additional cost of the upgraded model. You'll also receive a new warranty for your upgraded item. 

 

Tips:

  • Your warranty code will only work on sealywarranty.com
  • Make sure your item is in your cart first, then enter the promo code exactly
  • Do not exit out of the web page until you reach a confirmation page confirming that your order has been successfully placed
  • Warranty replacement orders do not qualify for any additional sales or promotions
  • Shipping fees will apply to warranty replacement orders as outlined in our warranty terms here: Sealy Warranty Information
  • Approval codes are only valid for 60 days and can only be used once. Once you are outside of the 60-day window or if you've already used the code once, your code will no longer be valid.
