In-Home Delivery

Mattresses, Foundations, Ease® Power Base

We deliver select mattress and base/foundation orders using our In-Home Delivery Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.

The Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS, and does not qualify for White Glove Delivery.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Delivery for Sealy® mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occurs 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. Our specialty collection, Sealy® Naturals™, will be delivered 4-5 weeks after placing the order. Rest assured we'll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We offer In-Home Delivery within the continental United States for orders including a mattress, foundation, or power base. 

On Delivery Day

When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years or older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.

To ensure the smooth and timely arrival of your items, please complete the following steps prior to delivery:

• Clear all walking paths, including sidewalks and hallways
• Remove decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
• Secure children and pets in a safe and quiet area

Receive free UPS Ground delivery right to your door when you purchase directly from us. In-Home Delivery and mattress removal services are not included with the purchase of the Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress.

Free Standard Shipping

We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US. Please note, we are unable to ship items to a P.O. Box.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories

Currently, we offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order.

Special Shipping (remote locations, APO/FPO addresses)

We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days.

Mattresses (excluding Cocoon™ By Sealy) purchased through Sealy® directly (online or by phone) have a 90-night trial. We recommend trying out your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow it to adjust and soften to its true feel. A new Sealy® mattress can feel firmer at first since you are the first person to lie on the mattress, but over time, it will break in and adapt to your body's unique weight and shape. Cocoon™ By Sealy mattresses have a 100-night trial.

After that time, if you need to return or exchange your mattress within the trial period, you only pay $175 shipping (plus tax) plus or minus any price difference on models if you choose to exchange. If you choose to return for a full refund, you would be refunded the full amount paid minus the return shipping fee. If you exchange for a different feel within the same mattress model, it would be an even exchange, plus the added shipping fee. If you choose to upgrade to a more advanced model, you would pay the return shipping fee plus the difference in price. Should you choose to swap for a lower priced model, you would be refunded the difference in cost minus the return shipping fee.

Mattress deliveries typically take 7-14 business days once the order has been processed.

You can begin the return process for your Sealy mattress here during your 90-Night Trial. You can learn more about the 90-Night Trial here. If you purchased the Cocoon By Sealy (compressed mattress) online at Sealy.com or CocoonBySealy.com, you can return during the 100-night trial. If you purchased from a retailer, you will have to contact them for returns as their return and exchange policies may differ.

Our foundations provide a solid base for our mattresses. Because they’re completely flat, they allow the mattress to provide the support your body needs; because they’re solidly built, they’ll support the mattress without sagging and last for the life of the mattress.
