What is the return policy?

We’re passionate about delivering your best night’s sleep. That’s why we’re dedicated to producing quality products—through premium materials, attention to detail, and fine craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality of our products, so you can buy direct from us with confidence.

Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90-Night Trial. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at 800-697-3259 . We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. In-home delivery items are subject to a $175 return fee.

Cocoon™ by Sealy mattresses are shipped via UPS Ground and delivered right to your door. All Cocoon™ by Sealy mattresses include a 100-Night Trial.

Foundations, Ease® Power Bases

While we do not accept returns on Foundations and Ease®power bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. Ease®power bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us at 800-697-3259  to talk to the Sealy® specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue. Foundations have a 10-year limited warranty. In-home delivery items are subject to a $175 return fee.

Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Travel, Home Products, and Other Accessories

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

Retail Store Purchases

If you bought your Sealy® product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
