All mattresses (except for the Cocoon™ by Sealy model), power bases, and flat foundations purchased directly through Sealy®, either online or by phone, are eligible for In-Home Delivery which includes free shipping, delivery, set up of your new bed, and removal of your old bed.
The Cocoon™ by Sealy model ships compressed directly to your door, via UPS and cannot be upgraded to In-Home Delivery.
For some remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, In-Home Delivery is still available, however there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied based on your shipping address.

Before Delivery:
Prior to delivery, please complete these steps to ensure you and your home are ready for your new Sealy® product(s):
- Make sure all sidewalks, hallways, and walking paths are clear and free of any items
- Take down any pictures and/or decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
Delivery Day:
During delivery, ensure an adult (18+) is present and ready to accept and sign off on your order; if no adult is available, we’ll be unable to complete delivery. Keep children and/or pets in a safe area for the duration of the delivery appointment
If you’d like for our team to haul-away an old mattress and/or base, make sure it’s free of any bedding and ready to be removed. Removal is on a one-to-one basis, so for every mattress and/or base you purchase, our delivery teams will remove one mattress and/or base.
After Delivery:
All that’s left to do is enjoy your new Sealy®!
If you bought a mattress, please keep in mind it may take some time for your body to become adjusted. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30-45 days to allow your body ample time to adjust.
