How do I enable or disable child lock on my Ease adjustable base?

To Deactivate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the HEAD DOWN and ZERO-G buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds.

Step 2: Press and hold the HEAD UP and ZERO-G buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds or until the remote backlight flashes.

Step 3: When the backlight on the remote stops flashing, the remote is no longer in Child Lock. The remote and base will work normally. 

Note: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to unlock your base successfully. 

To Activate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the HEAD UP and ZERO-G buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds, or until the remote backlight flashes.

Step 2: When the backlight stops flashing, the remote is now in Child Lock. Pressing any buttons on the remote while in Child Lock will yield no movement on the base. 

Note: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to successfully lock your base.
