Yes, it does! Hold the HEAD UP and HEAD DOWN buttons for 6 seconds to activate, and the FOOT UP and FOOT DOWN buttons for 6 seconds to deactivate. Pressing any buttons while in Child Lock will yield no movement to your adjustable base.
