My BOGO registration code isn't working. What can I do?

If you recently registered your mattress and received a BOGO pillow code but are having trouble completing checkout, try the steps below: 

  • Make sure you have added two pillows to your cart. The discount will only apply when both items are present. 
  • Enter the code manually in the discount box instead of copying and pasting it. 
  • Check your internet connection or try a different browser. Google Chrome typically works best.
