My BOGO registration code isn't working. What can I do?

If you recently registered your mattress and received a BOGO code for our pillows but are having trouble checking out, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Ensure that you have 2 pillows in your cart. Both items need to be in the cart in order for the code to activate. 
  2. Try typing the code into the discount box in the cart, rather than copying and pasting. 
  3. Check your internet connection or browser. We find that Google Chrome works best. 
  4. If you are still experiencing issues with your code, feel free to chat with a representative or call our Support Team at 1-800-697-3259.
