Most of our products no longer experience off-gassing of any kind. This “new product” smell is normal and usually dissipates before the product is delivered. However, because of occasional short delivery cycles, it may still be noticeable. It is important to note that this smell is not harmful to you, but we understand it can be difficult to deal with. As far as how long it lasts, it can take up to a week for the smell to completely dissipate, although most people report it is much sooner.
